He began painting as a child and continued into his teens, stopping promptly when he discovered photography. Life was passing by at great speed until the pandemic, when he was forced to stop everything and to pass the time, began looking at paintings and researching the techniques and styles of the great masters.

This began to fascinate him and he began to apply what he had learned into producing his own interpretations of their work.

Since lockdown, he has produced around fifty pieces of work, including work in the  style of Van Gogh, Picasso, Cezanne, Magritte and Modigliani to name but a few. He says he produces the paintings to make them accessible to everyone. It allows people the opportunity to own their own version of a painting that perhaps they fell in love with or have previously admired. Paintings which were once unobtainable or unafforable are now within reach.
